We at Sumter Education Task Force decided to begin a blog to keep people up to date on what is happening in our school district. We would like for people to have a centralized location to find out what is going on and how you can help. Here you will find articles posted by us, other stakeholders in public education, as well as articles from across the country. We have done a great deal of research to understand how we can support our teachers and students. That being said, we have a great deal of information to disseminate. A blog seemed the appropriate place to do just that. It is our hope that this site will be user friendly and provide a wealth of knowledge about not only our school district, but what is taking place in our education system as a whole.
